About Congdon Law

Brittany Congdon is an Alaska attorney focused on divorce and family law litigation. She represents individuals and families throughout Alaska in divorce, custody disputes, protective order proceedings, guardianships, and related family law matters.

 

Prior to private practice, Brittany served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Alaska, where she litigated child protection cases and handled trial proceedings on behalf of the State in the Palmer Superior Court. Her work frequently involved complex family matters and coordination with Alaska Native tribes under the Indian Child Welfare Act.

 

Brittany also gained experience working in private law firms and through judicial clerkships, where she developed a strong foundation in litigation, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy.

Rebekah Telford is a compassionate and empathetic client-focused paralegal who supports Congdon Law with day-to-day handling of cases. She developed her legal foundation, including research and writing skills, at Willamette University College of Law in the capital of Salem, Oregon. She completed her undergraduate studies at Oklahoma State University.

 

Rebekah’s previous experience in management has strengthened her exceptional attention to detail, research abilities, and capacity to work effectively under pressure. She is passionate about helping clients feel supported and informed throughout the legal process.

Jacey White supports case management and litigation preparation across the firm’s family law matters.

 

She assists with case organization, document preparation, client communication, scheduling, and coordination of filings to help ensure matters move forward efficiently. Jacey works closely with the firm’s attorney to maintain organized case files and support the preparation of court filings and legal proceedings.

 

Prior to joining Congdon Law, Jacey developed extensive administrative and records management experience working with detailed documentation and multi-agency coordination. Her background in managing complex records and maintaining accuracy in high-detail environments supports her work assisting with family law cases and client matters.
